Product News - Kick off at the IDS

Greater safety and ease of handling offers the new
SCREW-LINE Surgery Set. The drills now consist of a new high resistant material and have a surface with a non -reflecting finish for better depth control. The reduction of the drill collar, up to 30 % allows to prepare implant sites in narrow spaces. As a new feature the cortical bone drills have been added to the Surgical Set. They enable the insertion of the implant at reduced torque in hard class 1 and 2 bone.

The SCREW-LINE Osteotomy Sets straight convex and angulated convex have been developed for bone quality class 3 and 4 in the maxilla. This technique ensures an optimized primary stability of SCREW-Line implants. The ergonomic handles of the instruments allow the clinician to work gently and with good feeling. The convex working part transforms the pressure specifically to achieve the desired result.

The CAMLOG Ceramic Drills (round burr, pilot drill, pre-drill SCREW-LINE) are used for initial preparation of the implant site and are made up of a special composition of materials. The new instruments guarantee excellent cutting properties based on the high-strength material and optimized cutting blade design. The outstanding cutting performance and the low-vibration of the drills ensure gentle bone preparation.

The Prosthetic Set contains instruments for the insertion and removal of prosthetic components of the CAMLOG Implant System. It contains four screwdrivers and one torque ratchet.
