CAMLOG® has greatly widened its prosthetics product line
When the CAMLOG implant system came on the market in 1999, it set a new standard by bringing a well-grounded approach to oral implantology prosthetics. Now, with its new healing caps, new Esthomic® abutments, the Logfit™ prosthetic system, the Locator® retentive system – and a lot more – the CAMLOG prosthetic product line has become more attractive than ever.

Even better results in soft tissue management can be achieved with the new bottleneck healing caps (GH 6.0 mm) since the gingiva will be excellently supported in both labial and buccal areas.
The new wide body healing caps allow more anatomical contouring of the emergence profile and thereby ensure better vertical stability of the soft tissue.

The screw length of the new impression posts, open tray can be shortened extra orally by 3.0 mm in constricted occlusal dimensions. The post is equipped with an optimized retention through which rotation resistance in the impression material is increased.

By adopting a brighter base shade for the temporary abutments, more esthetic temporary restorations are now possible. The occlusal build-up to 12.0 mm gives the user more flexibility and retention surface.

Now two angled abutments (Type A and tiype B) are available in the new Esthomic® abutment line. Type A matches the existing abutments, in which a cam is set facing against the angle. The new Type B has cams with a 60° offset. This makes six rotation positions possible, and an optimal prosthesis axis is more easily achieved. The Esthomic® abutments are available in 15° and 20° angled versions and a straight version. The curved shoulder line, the lower shoulder height, and the anatomical emergence profile allow better esthetics. Because of the anatomical contour and the two gingival heights, individual modifications are minimized in the shoulder area and processing time is shortened. The oval basic shape of the abutments provides effective anti-rotation protection for single crowns. The merging of two abutment lines (Standard and Esthomic®) in a single abutment line (Esthomic®) permits an excellent overview of the system.

The new Telescope abutment offers more options for custom contouring of double crown restorations. To compensate for larger angle corrections in non-parallel implants, the new Telescope abutment has an occlusally widened approach angle of 5°. Due to greater flexibility it makes it easier to contour a functional restoration in difficult situations.

The universal abutment was anatomically contoured to obtain a more esthetic emergence profile.

The plastic sleeves of the gold-plastic abutments were provided with matching color coding of the implant diameters for easier identification. The plastic sleeves are made of PMMA and ensure an optimal bond in both wax and resin modeling. The new design of the abutment shoulder enhances the harmonious contouring of the emergence profiles during.

The Logfit™ prosthetic system is both simple and efficient to use due to its prefabricated components. The standardized clinical and technical procedure means lower cost in time and amount of work for both dentist and dental technician. Fabrication of the restoration utilizes the prefabricated components. The Logfit™ prosthetic system includes color-coded abutments in two gingival heights, impression caps, analogs, and burn-out plastic copings for crowns and bridges.

The Locator® retentive system provides a secure attachment between male and female parts because of the dual retention of the components. The patient is able to insert the prosthesis easily by means of its self-aligning structures. Differently shaded retention inserts with different retention forces enable determination of a defined retention force for the prosthesis. The system can be employed with implant divergences of up to 40° (or up to 20° for implants with a 3.3 mm diameter). The low structural height of the female and male parts permits insertion even under low vertical space availability. All Locator® components offer long secure functional reliability because of their superior wear resistance.
