Customer satisfaction study certifies CAMLOG's very high level of performance

CAMLOG made the appeal in Germany to participate in an online survey. Several hundred oral and maxillofacial surgeons, oral surgeons, dentists and dental technicians took the opportunity to share their opinions with CAMLOG. The results of the survey give CAMLOG the opportunity to further improve its product offerings and services – and at a high level as demonstrated by this study.

93% would recommend CAMLOG to others
Evaluation of overall satisfaction showed: With four possible responses (fully satisfied, satisfied, somewhat dissatisfied, dissatisfied), 94% of customers surveyed are "fully satisfied" or "satisfied". In some areas, customer satisfaction ("fully satisfied" or "satisfied" response) was even higher: Quality of the products (95%), delivery times (96%), ordering options (98%), punctuality (99%) and key account management (100%). 93% of those surveyed would "very likely" or "likely" recommend CAMLOG to others. Ease of use, good price-performance ratio and reliability were named as the most important qualities of CAMLOG.

The customer satisfaction study was developed and executed in collaboration with a final semester of Pforzheim University under the direction of Prof. Dr. Werner Hagstotz, who is responsible for Market and Communication Research in the School of Economics and Law. "I have performed studies of this kind in many companies before. The consistently positive values are absolutely remarkable," explains Prof. Dr. Hagstotz as part of the presentation of results. "You can be proud of what you've achieved!"

Continue to improve performance levels
